Three return journey dryer There are 623, 625, 628, 6210 and 6220. The three return dryer is the selection equipment for drying sand, sand and other materials that are not easy to adhere. As long as the materials that can be naturally dispersed after being released by hand, they can be dried by the three return dryer.
The so-called three return dryer is a dryer with three-layer heat insulation effect and circular self insulation structure. It is reasonably inlaid by three cylinders according to certain mathematical relationship, which can prevent heat emission. Its calorific value utilization rate can reach more than 90%. It is an industrial dryer with high thermal energy utilization rate at present. The main advantage of the dryer is that it has better heat preservation effect than the traditional single drum dryer. The dryer is composed of inner cylinder, middle cylinder and outer cylinder to form a self insulation circulation structure, with higher working efficiency, more energy saving and environmental protection.

Advantages of three return dryer
1. The equipment investment is 20% of the imported products. It is made of wear-resistant manganese plate, which is 3-4 times more wear-resistant than ordinary steel plate.
2. The initial moisture content of material is 15% and the final moisture content is less than 0.5-1%. It is an ideal product for various drying projects such as slag powder, dry powder mortar production line of cement plant.

4. The fuel can be used for white coal, bituminous coal, coal gangue, oil and steam. It can bake 20-40mm block material, granular material and powder material.

Working principle of three return dryer
The drying material (sand) is fed to the belt conveyor through the feeding filter bucket and disc feeder, and then the sand is transported by the belt conveyor to the quicksand pipe passing through the hot blast stove, and then the sand enters the barrel of the three return main engine through the quicksand pipe. First of all, the sand reaches the inner cylinder of the three return journey. Under the action of the fixed impeller and forward rotating blade in the inner cylinder, the sand is quickly pushed forward and reaches the other end of the three return journey, which is a return trip. The inner cylinder has a small feeding port and a large discharge port, which is conducive to the material to move forward. When the sand reaches the other end, it is blocked back to the middle cylinder. At the outlet end, the middle cylinder is slightly longer than the inner cylinder and is connected with the baffle plate. Under the action of rotating blades, the sand in the middle cylinder is rotated back to one end of the feeding port, which is a two-way trip; in the middle cylinder, the material flows from the large outlet to the small inlet.
Because the middle cylinder is slightly shorter than the outer cylinder at the feeding end, and under the action of the forward rotating blades of the outer cylinder, the sand enters the three return outer cylinder and is pushed forward, which is the third return.
At the outlet, the return plate of the middle cylinder and the outer cylinder are vertically inlaid with steel plates to effectively disperse and discharge the sand. Dust removal and exhaust ports are provided at the outlet, so that the moisture and part of the dust can be discharged and filtered. After three return rounds of frying and drying, the sand can reach the water content required by the user. Finally, the dried sand is transported to the finished product through the belt conveyor Silo.
